1 c. flour 1 c. oats 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. butter
Put half of mixture in 11x7 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Add a layer of chopped walnuts. Chocolate chips optional. Pour about 1 c. carmel ice cream topping over top and then add the rest of the oat crumb mixture on top. Bake for another 15 minutes at 350.
